A suspenseful and twisted domestic drama!
this was a compelling story about the bonds of family. The type of tale that will completely hold your attention throughout. Linda Huber has crafted a compelling story packed with wonderful characters and a interesting storyline.
How would you react if you found out you had a sibling that you never knew about? 22 years ago three siblings met with tragedy, two of them were taken in by their great aunt Maisey. The youngest child was thought to be dead, however she had been wisked aWay by a family friend, Sylvie. Vicky and her brother Jamie who had CP ultimately were sent to foster care. Fast forward to present day… Aunt Maisey is on her deathbed and let Vicky in on the secret that her little sister Erin is still alive. Erin Who is now called Christina has no idea that she has any siblings. Christina has just found out she’s going to have a child of her own, and she does not want history to repeat itself.
I really liked the sisters and I wanted so much for them to find their way back to one another. This is a story about the draw of family and the power of love. A book that will keep you up late into the night turning those pages, determined to stay up and find out what will happen. Perfectly paced and full of sympathetic characters, Recommend!
